Re bonsoir Isabelle La marche a suivre est indiquée il suffit de sélectionner les motifs pour le montant de la carte cadeau comme expliqué dans la fiche produit Je vous ai tout expliqué par email alors que le service client est fermé jusqu'au 3 novembre De nombreuses années que ces cartes cadeaux sont proposées et ça n'a jamais posé de soucis, je ne comprends pas la complexité que vous y trouvez ce sont des cartes cadeaux et non des bons d'achats ou des avoirs Bonne soirée Alice broderie
